About Us
Two Realtors, one standard: honest advice and genuine care for the people we work with.
Tim Burroughs
I’ve been a full-time Realtor since March 1, 1995. Before that, I spent almost four years — from September 1991 to May 1995 — working as a real estate appraiser and completed more than 1,200 appraisal assignments. That experience taught me how to look at a property honestly and how to read a market, and it still shapes the advice I give clients today.
In the years since, I’ve had the privilege of serving almost 1,900 clients and closing over 2,400 transactions. But the number I care about most is simpler: I like to get to know my clients and find them homes that fit within their means — not homes that stretch them thin.
Outside of work, I’ve been married to my wife for 47 years. We have two adult children and five grandchildren, and we’re active members of Awaken Church here in Meridian. Faith and family are at the center of how I try to treat people — with patience, honesty, and genuine care for what’s best for them.

Every day, dozens of properties go up on the market ready to find their new owner. Of those, many find themselves in a state of disrepair and are in need of someone with the know-how to bring them up to industry standard.
I specialize in finding and analyzing these deals to see which properties still have “meat on the bone” to reap a profit. I do this by pulling comps to find the ARV (after repair value) of a property, subtracting the repair cost to get it up to snuff along with any and all closing costs, and seeing what will end up in my clients’ pockets at the end of the day.
I represent your best interests to ensure the deal goes as smoothly as possible — on the purchase, and on the sale of the home once it’s fully remodeled and ready to go in front of the many groups of homebuyers I work with. I’m looking forward to finding you an amazing deal, whether it’s your 1st, 10th, or 100th.
Whether it’s buying, selling, or investing — we’d love to hear what you’re working toward.
